Our services

SynPoint provides financial management, accounting, organizational, and coaching services that are educational and advisory in nature. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or tax-preparation firm, and nothing we provide is individualized investment, legal, or tax advice. Engagements & scope

Ongoing and advisory work begins with a free discovery call and a written scope that you approve before any paid work starts. The written scope, together with these Terms, defines what we’ll deliver.

Payments & refunds

Fixed-price sessions are paid up front through Square or PayPal. Ongoing engagements are invoiced against your approved scope. If you’re not satisfied, contact us — we’ll work with you in good faith to make it right. Specific refund terms for a given package are stated at purchase or in your written scope.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to make your own decisions. You are responsible for your financial, business, and legal choices, including consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, and graphics — belongs to SynPoint and may not be copied or reused without permission. Materials we prepare specifically for you are yours to use for their intended purpose.

No guaranteed results

We bring experience and diligence, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific financial, credit, career, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
