Ahmed A. Gadir is friendly, empathetic, determined, intelligent, and exceptional at finding solutions. He worked with my dad at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and gave me the honor of representing him as his real estate agent in DC and NoVA.
My dad held him in high regard when he was alive, and I’m grateful that he and Guillaume Vaval were compassionate enough to help me and Krish Dadlani excel in our accounting classes when we were classmates at George Mason University.
During my twenty-year career in the real estate industry — 14 years as a real estate agent, 2 years in mortgage underwriting, 3 years in loss mitigation with Freddie Mac and foreclosure prevention with FHA, and a year in REIT analysis with a hedge-fund consulting firm — I have yet to find a professional with his patience and desire to find personalized solutions tailor-made for clients who make the smart call by hiring Ahmed.
Now that I know he started his own business consulting firm, Synergy Point Consultancy, I’m confident that every referral I send his way will be well taken care of and treated with the respect and attentiveness that is currently lacking in his industry.
